A Celebration of Creativity, Industry & Community

Last week’s Creative Industries VIP Industry and Family & Friends Graduate Exhibition was a huge success, celebrating the incredible talent and creativity of our graduating students.

For the first time, the portfolio trialled a dual opening format, starting with a VIP event followed by a Family & Friends opening the following night. This approach helped us reach a wider audience and shine a spotlight on the exceptional quality of work produced by our graduates. It also strengthened the connection between education, industry, and the broader Perth community.

VIP Guests, including industry leaders, creative professionals (both as judges and those employers seeking new staff) along with community members, were impressed by the high standards of presentation and the depth of creativity on display. The exhibition also linked to 125 Anniversary celebrations from Art & Design and served as a vibrant platform for graduates to share their vision and engage with future collaborators, employers, and supporters.

The event’s success reflects the dedication and teamwork behind the scenes, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. From the meticulous installation to the striking visual presentation, every detail contributed to an inspiring showcase that left a lasting impression.

The exhibition remains open until Thursday, 11 December 2025 (closing at 4:00 pm), offering further opportunities for NMTAFE staff, industry and community members to experience the work firsthand:
